Salmon Artichoke Dip Recipe
Artichoke hearts and salmon add a new twist on an old favorite. Taste tested and Dash™ approved, this spread is wonderful on whole-grain crackers, sourdough bread or pita chips.

Ingredients
- 1 tsp Tabasco
- 4 oz light cream cheese, softened
- 6 oz jar marinated artichoke hearts, drained
- 1 tbsp Lemon Pepper Seasoning Blend
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 6 oz can sockeye salmon
- 1 tsp mustard
- 1/2 cup light sour cream
- 1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
Directions
- Mix together Lemon Pepper Seasoning Blend, softened cream cheese and sour cream.
- Add remaining ingredients except salmon and mix well.
- Add salmon and fold carefully to keep fish flakes solid.
- Place dip in an attractive container and cover with plastic wrap.
- Refrigerate 4 to 6 hours to let flavors mix.
- Serve with crackers and fresh-cut vegetables.
