Ingredients

  • 4 lbs. pork shoulder, excess fat removed (leave a little bit of a fat cap)
  • 4 Tbsp. Dash® Original Seasoning Blend
  • ½ C. fresh lime juice
  • ½ C. orange juice

Tender, juicy pork shoulder slow-cooked with Dash Salt-Free Original Seasoning, lime and orange juice. This recipe delivers rich, flavorful pulled pork perfect for street tacos without any added salt. Serve on warm tortillas with fresh toppings like cilantro, diced onions, and a squeeze of lime for a delicious, guilt-free taco experience.

Directions

  1. Rub seasoning over pork shoulder.
  2. Place fat side up, in a crock pot and then add the lime and orange juice.
  3. Cook for 6 hours on high or 10 hours on low.
  4. When done, shred the pork, removing any bones or excess fat.
  5. Use leftover juices for reheating leftover pork.
