Directions

  1. In a bowl, mix the cream cheese, diced bell pepper, green onion, and Dash™ Southwest Chipotle Seasoning until evenly combined.
  2. Divide the cream cheese mixture into four portions. Spread a thin, even layer of the mixture onto each flour tortilla.
  3. Starting from one end, gently roll each tortilla into a tight log. Ensure the roll is firm to maintain its shape.
  4. Tightly wrap each rolled tortilla in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or until ready to serve. This helps the rolls hold their shape and makes slicing easier.
  5. When ready to serve, unwrap each roll and trim the uneven edges. Slice each roll into eight 1-inch pieces.
  6. Arrange the pinwheel slices on their sides on a colorful platter for an eye-catching presentation.
