Directions
- In a bowl, mix the cream cheese, diced bell pepper, green onion, and Dash™ Southwest Chipotle Seasoning until evenly combined.
- Divide the cream cheese mixture into four portions. Spread a thin, even layer of the mixture onto each flour tortilla.
- Starting from one end, gently roll each tortilla into a tight log. Ensure the roll is firm to maintain its shape.
- Tightly wrap each rolled tortilla in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or until ready to serve. This helps the rolls hold their shape and makes slicing easier.
