Ingredients

Succulent shrimp tossed in a sweet and tangy maple mustard glaze, seasoned perfectly and baked until caramelized. Served over fresh greens for a light and flavorful dish.

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F and line a sheet pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together the maple syrup, mustard, and soy sauce. Divide the mixture in half, setting one portion aside for serving.
  3. In the same bowl, toss the shrimp with the remaining maple mixture until well coated. Sprinkle with Dash™ Everything But The Salt Seasoning Blend and mix gently to combine.
  4. Arrange the shrimp in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet. Bake for about 8 minutes, or until the shrimp are fully cooked and opaque.
  5. Arrange the baked shrimp over a bed of greens and drizzle with the reserved maple mixture for a flavorful finish.

Tips

  • Chef’s Tip - For extra caramelization and flavor, broil the shrimp for the last 1-2 minutes of baking. This will give them a slight crisp and deepen the maple glaze. Just keep a close eye to avoid overcooking!
