Ingredients
- 3 Tablespoons Maple syrup
- 3 Tablespoons Mustard
- 1 Tablespoon Soy Sauce, low sodium
- 1 Pound Shrimp, large, peeled and deveined
- 1/4 Cup Dash™ Everything But the Salt Seasoning
- 6 Cups Mixed Green Lettuce
Directions
- Preheat oven to 425F. Line a sheet pan with parchment paper.
- In a bowl combine Maple Syrup, mustard and soy sauce; divide mixture in half. Toss half the maple mixture with shrimp then coat with Dash™ Everything But The Salt Seasoning Blend.
- Arrange shrimp on baking sheet and bake 8 minutes or until done.
- To serve, arrange shrimp over greens and drizzle with remaining maple mixture. Serving Ideas: Toss some asparagus spears and cook with the shrimp.
