- 3 tbsp Maple Grove Farms Maple Syrup
- 3 tbsp mustard
- 1 tbsp soy sauce, low sodium
- 1 lb shrimp, large, peeled and deveined
- 1/4 cup Dash™ Everything But the Salt Seasoning
- 6 Cups Mixed Green Lettuce
Succulent shrimp tossed in a sweet and tangy maple mustard glaze, seasoned perfectly and baked until caramelized. Served over fresh greens for a light and flavorful dish.
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F and line a sheet pan with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, whisk together the maple syrup, mustard, and soy sauce. Divide the mixture in half, setting one portion aside for serving.
- In the same bowl, toss the shrimp with the remaining maple mixture until well coated. Sprinkle with Dash™ Everything But The Salt Seasoning Blend and mix gently to combine.
- Arrange the shrimp in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet. Bake for about 8 minutes, or until the shrimp are fully cooked and opaque.
- Arrange the baked shrimp over a bed of greens and drizzle with the reserved maple mixture for a flavorful finish.
Tips
- Chef’s Tip - For extra caramelization and flavor, broil the shrimp for the last 1-2 minutes of baking. This will give them a slight crisp and deepen the maple glaze. Just keep a close eye to avoid overcooking!
