1lb cooked shrimp, peeled and deveined
2 tbsp of Dash Lemon Pepper Seasoning
1 package of spring roll wraps
1 cup shredded carrots
1 cup red cabbage, thinly sliced
1 cup cucumber, thinly sliced
1. Season cooked shrimp generously with Dash Lemon Pepper Seasoning in a bowl.
2. Place spring roll wrap in lukewarm water for 10-15 seconds then remove from water and place on damp towel for rolling. Add shredded carrots, thinly sliced red cabbage, thinly sliced cucumber, cilantro (optional) and seasoned shrimp about a third of the way into the wrap. Tightly roll the closest end of the wrap over the top then tuck in the sides and finish the roll. Repeat for the rest of the wraps.
3. Enjoy with your favorite dipping sauce!
