Crispy Parmesan Roasted Potato

- 2 tbsp Olive oil, divided
- 1 cup Parmesan Reggiano Cheese, grated
- 4 tsp Dash™ Original Seasoning, divided
- 1 lb Red Potatoes, small, cut in half
Enjoy these crispy Parmesan roasted potatoes, unbelievably better than fries and perfectly seasoned with our no salt seasoning blend.
Directions
- Preheat oven 400°F.
- Brush baking dish with 1 tbsp oil and sprinkle the parmesan and 2 tsp Dash™ Original Seasoning.
- In a bowl combine oil, potatoes and 2 tsp Dash™ Original Seasoning, mix to evenly coat the potatoes. Arrange potatoes flat side down in prepared baking dish and press into the parmesan.
- Roast in oven until the parmesan is crispy and golden brown and the potatoes are tender, about 20-25 minutes. Remove from the oven and let cool for 5 minutes, breaking them apart.
Tips
- Chef’s Tip - To speed up these crispy oven-roasted Parmesan potatoes parboil the potatoes for a few minutes before roasting. This softens the inside and helps create a crispier outer layer.
