Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp Olive oil, divided
  • 1 cup Parmesan Reggiano Cheese, grated
  • 4 tsp Dash™ Original Seasoning, divided
  • 1 lb Red Potatoes, small, cut in half

Enjoy these crispy Parmesan roasted potatoes, unbelievably better than fries and perfectly seasoned with our no salt seasoning blend.

Directions

  1. Preheat oven 400°F.
  2. Brush baking dish with 1 tbsp oil and sprinkle the parmesan and 2 tsp Dash™ Original Seasoning.
  3. In a bowl combine oil, potatoes and 2 tsp Dash™ Original Seasoning, mix to evenly coat the potatoes. Arrange potatoes flat side down in prepared baking dish and press into the parmesan.
  4. Roast in oven until the parmesan is crispy and golden brown and the potatoes are tender, about 20-25 minutes. Remove from the oven and let cool for 5 minutes, breaking them apart.

Tips

  • Chef’s Tip - To speed up these crispy oven-roasted Parmesan potatoes parboil the potatoes for a few minutes before roasting. This softens the inside and helps create a crispier outer layer.
