Directions
- Preheat oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with foil.
- Pound the chicken breasts to an even thickness of about 1/2 inch. Season both sides with Dash™ Salt-Free Original Seasoning.
- In a bowl, combine the breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, and 1 tbsp Dash™ Salt-Free Original Seasoning.
- Lightly spray each chicken breast with oil on both sides. Press the chicken into the seasoned breadcrumb mixture, ensuring an even coating all around.
- Place the coated chicken breasts on the prepared baking sheet. Lightly spray the tops with oil. Bake for about 15 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
- Before serving, squeeze fresh lemon juice over each chicken breast for a bright, zesty finish.
Tips
- Chef’s Tip - For extra crispiness, place the coated chicken breasts on a wire rack set over the baking sheet. This allows the heat to circulate evenly, preventing the bottom from getting soggy and ensuring a golden, crunchy coating on all sides.
