Garlic Mushroom Pasta with Pork Tenderloin

  1. Season Coleman® Boneless Pork Tenderloin with Dash™ Garlic & Herb Seasoning Blend. In a skillet over medium heat, sear pork in olive oil until golden and cooked through, about 3–4 minutes per side. Remove and set aside.
  2. Cook penne until al dente, then drain and set aside.
  3. Cook penne until al dente, then drain and set aside. In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté mushrooms until browned, about 5–7 minutes. Add garlic and cook 1 minute more.
  4. Pour in broth and heavy cream, bring to a simmer, then stir in parmesan. Let sauce thicken slightly.
  5. Add pasta and pork back into the skillet. Toss to coat, simmer 1–2 minutes, season with more Dash™ Garlic & Herb Seasoning Blend. Plate then garnish with chopped parsley and thyme before serving.
