Asparagus & Prosciutto Gruyere Puff Pastry Bundles Recipe
- Fresh asparagus spears and creamy Gruyere cheese, wrapped in a delicate prosciutto and golden flaky puff pastry using our no salt seasoning for an enhanced flavor profile. Baked to perfection, a combination of flavors and textures, making them the hit for any occasion!

Ingredients
- 1 Pounds Asparagus, fresh, ends trimmed
- 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
- 2 Tablespoons Dash™ Onion & Herb Seasoning
- 2 Each Puffy Pastry Sheets, thawed
- 8 Ounces Gruyere Cheese, shredded
- 12 Slices Prosciutto Ham, sliced thin
- 1 Each Egg, beaten
Directions
- Preheat oven to 425°F. Line a sheet pan with parchment paper.
- On a lightly floured surface, roll the puff pastry out to a large rectangle and cut into 6-8 squares. Add to sheet pan.
- Toss asparagus in olive oil and season with 1 Tablespoon of Dash™ Onion & Herb.
- Place slice of prosciutto on top each square. Follow with 3-5 stalks of asparagus (depending on size) and 1-2 tablespoons of cheese.
- Dab some cold water onto one corner of the puff pastry square. Lift the opposite corner, wrap around the stuffed bundle and press the watered corner down firmly to seal.
- Brush puff pastry with egg wash. Sprinkle with remaining Dash™ Onion & Herb.
- Bake until puff pastry is golden and puffed, about 12-15 minutes. Serve immediately.
