Ingredients

  • Marinate Chicken
  • 1 lb chicken breast, boneless-skinless
  • 5 tbsp olive oil, divided
  • ¼ cup lemon juice
  • 2 tsp Dash® Garlic & Herb Seasoning
  • Garlic Herb Butter Sauce
  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 3 tsp Dash® Garlic & Herb Seasoning
  • 1 tsp lemon zest
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp chopped Italian parsley
  • Serve & Garnish
  • 2 cups steamed green beans
  • 2 tbsp chopped Italian parsley

Directions

  1. Marinate Chicken - In a medium bowl, combine 1 tbsp olive oil, lemon juice, and Dash® Garlic & Herb Seasoning. Add chicken and turn to coat. Cover and refrigerate for 10 minutes.
  2. Cook Chicken - heat ¼ tbsp olive oil in a cast-iron skillet over medium heat. Once shimmering, sear chicken for 5-6 minutes per side, or until cooked through. Remove from skillet and let rest.
  3. Garlic Herb Butter Sauce - Melt butter in a small pot over medium heat. Stir in Dash® Garlic & Herb Seasoning, lemon zest, lemon juice, and parsley. Simmer until slightly thickened.
  4. Serve - Serve chicken with steamed green beans. Spoon herb butter sauce over the chicken and garnish with parsley.
