Lemon Garlic Butter Chicken

- Marinate Chicken
- 1 lb chicken breast, boneless-skinless
- 5 tbsp olive oil, divided
- ¼ cup lemon juice
- 2 tsp Dash® Garlic & Herb Seasoning
- Garlic Herb Butter Sauce
- 4 tbsp butter
- 3 tsp Dash® Garlic & Herb Seasoning
- 1 tsp lemon zest
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tbsp chopped Italian parsley
- Serve & Garnish
- 2 cups steamed green beans
- 2 tbsp chopped Italian parsley
Directions
- Marinate Chicken - In a medium bowl, combine 1 tbsp olive oil, lemon juice, and Dash® Garlic & Herb Seasoning. Add chicken and turn to coat. Cover and refrigerate for 10 minutes.
- Cook Chicken - heat ¼ tbsp olive oil in a cast-iron skillet over medium heat. Once shimmering, sear chicken for 5-6 minutes per side, or until cooked through. Remove from skillet and let rest.
- Garlic Herb Butter Sauce - Melt butter in a small pot over medium heat. Stir in Dash® Garlic & Herb Seasoning, lemon zest, lemon juice, and parsley. Simmer until slightly thickened.
- Serve - Serve chicken with steamed green beans. Spoon herb butter sauce over the chicken and garnish with parsley.
