- 2 tsp olive oil
- 4 each flour tortillas, 6-inch
- 2 tbsp Dash™ Garlic & Herb Seasoning Blend
- 4 plum tomatoes, sliced lengthwise
- 1/4 cup artichoke hearts, cut into 1/8 sections
- 2 tbsp black olives pitted, sliced and chop
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
Light and full of flavor, this dish gives pizza night some pizzazz with the flavors of garlic and herbs. This crunchy pizza makes a tasty meatless entree or a colorful party appetizer.
Directions
- Preheat oven to 425°F.
- Brush each flour tortilla with olive oil and evenly sprinkle 1 tbsp of Dash™ Garlic & Herb Seasoning over the surface.
- Arrange the sliced tomatoes, artichoke hearts, and black olives evenly on top of the tortillas.
- Sprinkle the remaining Dash™ Garlic & Herb Seasoning over the toppings, then evenly distribute the cheese on each tortilla.
- Place the tortillas on a baking sheet and bake in a preheated 425°F oven for 12 to 15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and lightly browned.
Tips
- Chef’s Tip - For an extra crispy base, place the tortillas directly on the oven rack for the last 2 minutes of baking. This will give them a nice crunch without burning.
