- 1 lb ground turkey
- 4 tbsp Dash™ Everything But the Salt Seasoning Blend, divided
- 2 tbsp water
- 4 hamburger buns*
Juicy turkey patty seasoned with Dash™ Everything but the Salt, offering bold garlic, onion, sesame, and poppy seed flavors for a heart-healthy, delicious burger with no added salt.
Directions
- Pre-heat grill or broiler to medium-high heat.
- In a bowl gently combine turkey, 3 tbsp Dash® Everything But The Salt Seasoning and 2 tablespoons water.
- Shape into 4 patties. Sprinkle remaining Seasoning Blend on outside of burgers.
- Grill or broil burgers until done.
- Serve on buns with lettuce and tomato and top with barbecue sauce or ketchup.
Tips
- Chef’s Tip - Brush tops of hamburger buns with melted butter or beaten egg and sprinkle with Dash® Everything But The Salt Seasoning Blend. Toast until crisp.For extra flavor, use 2 tablespoons barbecue sauce or ketchup instead of water.
