Black Bean Dip

- 1 Tbsp. avocado oil
- 1 cup onion, thinly sliced
- 2 each jalapeno, seeded and thinly sliced
- 2 each 15 oz. cans black beans, drained and rinsed
- ¼ cup Dash™ Taco Seasoning Mix
- ¼ cup fresh lime juice
- 2-4 tbsp. water
- ½ cup queso fresco, crumbled (optional)

Perfect for dipping with veggies, tortilla chips, or spreading on tacos and wraps, this dip is a delicious, guilt-free way to enjoy a rich Mexican-inspired flavor.
Directions
- Heat pan over medium-high heat with oil.
- Add onion and jalapeños and cook, stirring frequently, for 5 minutes and add beans and Dash™ Taco Seasoning simmer for 5 minutes.
- Transfer the seasoning bean to a blender or food processor, lime juice and water. Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Pour into a serving dish and top with queso fresco if desired.
