Mediterranean Pasta Salad

- ¼ lb dry pasta
- 2 tbsp red onion, thinly sliced
- ¼ english cucumber, diced
- 1 oz feta cheese crumble
- ¼ pint cherry tomatoes, sliced
- 1 tbsp parsley, chopped
- 4-5 kalamata olives, sliced
- ½ tbsp lemon juice
- Dressing
- ½ tbsp Dash® Mediterranean Pasta Blend Seasoning
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Directions
- Cook Pasta - Add pasta to boiling water and cook until al dente. Drain and let cool.
- Dressing - In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil and Dash® Mediterranean Pasta Blend Seasoning.
- Assemble Salad - In a large bowl, combine pasta, red onion, cucumber, feta, cherry tomatoes, olives, lemon juice, and parsley.
- Toss & Serve - Add dressing and toss to coat. Serve chilled or at room temperature.
