Ingredients

  • ¼ lb dry pasta
  • 2 tbsp red onion, thinly sliced
  • ¼ english cucumber, diced
  • 1 oz feta cheese crumble
  • ¼ pint cherry tomatoes, sliced
  • 1 tbsp parsley, chopped
  • 4-5 kalamata olives, sliced
  • ½ tbsp lemon juice
  • Dressing
  • ½ tbsp Dash® Mediterranean Pasta Blend Seasoning
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Directions

  1. Cook Pasta - Add pasta to boiling water and cook until al dente. Drain and let cool.
  2. Dressing - In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil and Dash® Mediterranean Pasta Blend Seasoning.
  3. Assemble Salad - In a large bowl, combine pasta, red onion, cucumber, feta, cherry tomatoes, olives, lemon juice, and parsley.
  4. Toss & Serve - Add dressing and toss to coat. Serve chilled or at room temperature.
