- 4 tbsp Olive Oil, divided
- 2 tbsp Dash™ Italian Medley Seasoning Blend, divided
- 8 oz Italian Bread, cut 1-inch cubes
- 3/4 cup Red Onion, slivered
- 2 cups Tomatoes, vine ripened, 1/2-inch dice
- 1 cup Cucumber, Seeded, 1/2-inch dice
- 1/2 cup Red Wine Vinegar
- 1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese, shaved, optional
- 4 Sprigs Basil, fresh, leaves torn

Directions
- Preheat grill or broiler to medium-high heat, Line baking sheet with foil.
- In a bowl combine olive oil, bread and 1 tbsp Dash™ Italian Medley Seasoning Blend tossing to coat the bread evenly.
- Place seasoned bread single layer on prepared baking sheet and toast until golden brown. Allow to cool to room temperature.
- In a bowl combine red onion, tomatoes, and cucumber with 1 tbsp Dash™ Italian Medley Seasoning Blend, 1 tbsp olive oil, 1/2 cup red wine vinegar, and fresh basil. Gently toss to combine.
- Place into serving dish and top with shaved parmesan cheese.
