Parmesan Chicken Breasts Recipe
Dinner for two has never tasted so good. Crushed cornflakes add crunchy texture to chicken breasts seasoned with Dash™. Top with savory Parmesan cheese to complete this must-have entree.

Ingredients
- 1 tbsp reduced-fat mayonnaise
- 4 4-oz. boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1/4 cup crushed cornflakes
- 1 tbsp low-fat milk
- 3 tbsp Original Blend
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
- Lightly grease a baking dish.
- In a bowl, crush cornflakes into small pieces.
- Add Original Blend to cornflakes.
- In another bowl, combine mayonnaise and milk.
- Dip chicken into milk mixture until coated.
- After coated in milk mixture, dip into cornflake mixture.
- (Pound chicken breasts before dipping, if thinner chicken is preferred.).
- Place chicken, coated with cornflake mixture, into baking dish.
- Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
- Bake for 30 minutes or until done.
