Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp reduced-fat mayonnaise
  • 4 4-oz. boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/4 cup crushed cornflakes
  • 1 tbsp low-fat milk
  • 3 tbsp Original Blend
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  2. Lightly grease a baking dish.
  3. In a bowl, crush cornflakes into small pieces.
  4. Add Original Blend to cornflakes.
  5. In another bowl, combine mayonnaise and milk.
  6. Dip chicken into milk mixture until coated.
  7. After coated in milk mixture, dip into cornflake mixture.
  8. (Pound chicken breasts before dipping, if thinner chicken is preferred.).
  9. Place chicken, coated with cornflake mixture, into baking dish.
  10. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
  11. Bake for 30 minutes or until done.
