Pasta e Fagioli Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 6 cup low-sodium chicken broth
- 28 oz can cannellini beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 tbsp Tomato Basil Garlic Seasoning Blend
- 1 cup uncooked small elbow pasta
- 1 tbsp Garlic & Herb Seasoning Blend
- 2 tbsp no-salt tomato paste
- 15 oz can no-salt-added plum tomatoes, chopped
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Directions
- In a heavy saucepan, heat olive oil over medium-high heat.
- Add seasoning blends, tomato paste, tomatoes, chicken broth and beans.
- Bring to boil, reduce heat and cook for 10 minutes.
- Add pasta and cook another 10 to 15 minutes.
- Serve garnished with Parmesan cheese.
