Directions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F. Lightly coat a baking dish with 1 tbsp olive oil.
- In a large bowl, combine 1 tbsp of olive oil, Dash™ Italian Medley Seasoning, Romano cheese, and chicken broth. Mix well until combined.
- Add the potatoes to the bowl and toss them thoroughly to ensure they are evenly coated with the seasoning mixture.
- Transfer the seasoned potatoes to the prepared baking dish, spreading them out in a single layer.
- Place the dish in the oven and bake for 20 to 30 minutes, or until the potatoes are lightly browned and crispy on the edges.
