Directions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F. Lightly coat a baking dish with 1 tbsp olive oil.
  2. In a large bowl, combine 1 tbsp of olive oil, Dash™ Italian Medley Seasoning, Romano cheese, and chicken broth. Mix well until combined.
  3. Add the potatoes to the bowl and toss them thoroughly to ensure they are evenly coated with the seasoning mixture.
  4. Transfer the seasoned potatoes to the prepared baking dish, spreading them out in a single layer.
  5. Place the dish in the oven and bake for 20 to 30 minutes, or until the potatoes are lightly browned and crispy on the edges.

Tips

  • Chef’s Tip -For extra crispiness, flip the potatoes halfway through baking and increase the oven temperature to 425°F for the last 5 minutes. This will help achieve a golden, crispy finish on all sides.
