- 1 each Chicken Breast, boneless skinless
- 1 tbsp Olive Oil
- 3 tsp Dash™ Tomato Basil Garlic Seasoning Blend, divided
- 1 each Frozen Pizza Dough 14 oz, thawed
- 1/3 cup Pesto, store bought or your recipe
- 1/4 cup Red Bell Pepper, 1/4-inch dice
- 1/4 cup Mozzarella Cheese, shredded
- 1/4 cup Asiago Cheese, shredded
- 1/4 cup Fontina Cheese, shredded
Savor the flavors of our Trio Cheese Pesto Chicken Pizza recipe. This gourmet pizza features Dash™ Tomato Basil Garlic Seasoning Blend with grilled chicken, pesto sauce, and a blend of fontina, asiago, and mozzarella cheeses. Perfect for sharing or enjoying all to yourself.
Directions
- Preheat Grill and oven to 400°F.
- Sprinkle chicken breasts with 1 tablespoon olive oil and 2 teaspoons Dash™ Tomato Basil Garlic Seasoning Blend on both sides.
- Grill for 5 minutes per side, or until fully cooked. Let cool, then cut into 1/4-inch strips.
- Shape frozen bread dough into pizza shape, Bake for 15 to 20 minutes or until very crispy. Remove from oven.
- Spread pesto over pizza then top with chicken, red bell peppers and sprinkle with cheese, 1 teaspoon Dash™ Tomato Basil Garlic Seasoning Blend and return to oven for approximately 4 more minutes, or until cheese has fully melted.
- Slice and serve immediately.
