- 8 oz macaroni, raw
- 2/3 cup light mayonnaise
- ¼ cup light sour cream
- 3 tbsp Dash™ Salt-Free Original Seasoning Blend
- 4 tbsp parsley fresh, chopped
- 1/2 cup green onions, sliced
- 1/2 cup diced celery
- 1 cup peas frozen, thawed
- 1/2 cup red bell pepper, diced
Macaroni salad has been and will continue to be a fan favorite. This recipe is made with a perfectly healthy blend of Dash™ Salt-Free Original Blend, light mayonnaise, light sour cream and other tasty flavors.
Directions
- Prepare the macaroni according to package instructions. Drain and let it cool slightly.
- In a bowl, whisk together light mayonnaise, light sour cream, Dash™ Original Seasoning Blend, and fresh chopped parsley until well combined.
- Add the cooked macaroni, onions, celery, peas, and red bell pepper to the bowl with the dressing. Toss everything together until the ingredients are evenly coated.
- Cover the bowl and refrigerate the salad until chilled and ready to serve.
Tips
- Chef’s Tip - For best flavor, prepare the salad a few hours or even a day in advance. Letting it chill allows the flavors to meld together, making the salad even tastier when served.
