- 2 cups chicken broth, reduced-sodium
- 6 carrots, sliced
- 1/2 cup onion, diced
- 1 tsp Dash™ Original Seasoning Blend
- 1 cups skim milk
- 1/4 cup light sour cream

Directions
- In a saucepan over medium-high heat combine chicken broth, carrots, onion and Dash™ Original Seasoning.
- Bring to a boil; reduce heat and simmer, covered, 12 to 15 minutes or until carrots are tender.
- Pour mixture into blender; process until smooth.
- Return mixture to saucepan, ddd milk and heat through.
- Stir in sour cream.
