Get your fill of veggies with this quick and healthy recipe. This fresh carrot soup, spiced with Dash™ Salt-Free Original Blend, is perfect for any meal of the day and can be served hot or cold.

Directions

  1. In a saucepan over medium-high heat combine chicken broth, carrots, onion and Dash™ Original Seasoning.
  2. Bring to a boil; reduce heat and simmer, covered, 12 to 15 minutes or until carrots are tender.
  3. Pour mixture into blender; process until smooth.
  4. Return mixture to saucepan, ddd milk and heat through.
  5. Stir in sour cream.
