Chicken Burrito Bowl

- 2 each Chicken Breast, boneless & skinless
- 2 tbsp. Dash™ Salt-Free Original Seasoning
- 2 tbsp. olive oil
- 1 cup brown rice, cooked
- 1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 cup corn kernels
- 1 cup tomato, diced
- 1 cup mixed greens
- 1 avocado, peeled and sliced
- ¼ cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- ¼ cup salsa, prepared
- 1 each lime, wedges
- 4 sprigs cilantro
Directions
- Season chicken on both sides with Dash™ Salt-Free Original Seasoning.
- Heat pan with oil over medium heat add chicken cook for 6-7 minutes on each side, until fully cooked. Once done, let the chicken rest for 5 minutes, then slice into thin strips.
- Place cooked brown rice each bowl, add black beans, corn, diced tomatoes, avocado slices, shredded lettuce, and chicken slices.
- Sprinkle with shredded cheese if desired.
- Top with salsa, a squeeze of lime juice, and garnish with fresh cilantro.
Tips
- For even more flavor marinate the with a squeeze of lime 1 tbsp olive oil and Dash™ Salt-Free Original Seasoning.
