Ingredients

Juicy shrimp sautéed in olive oil with fresh sliced garlic and a sprinkle of Dash™ Lemon Pepper Seasoning for a zesty twist and tossed with spaghetti. This dish offers a light, vibrant, and salt-free take on this classic Italian favorite.

Directions

  1. Bring a pot of water to a boil. Add spaghetti and cook until al dente, about 8-10 minutes. Reserve 1/2 cup of pasta water.
  2. Heat a large pan over medium heat with 2 tablespoons olive oil, add shrimp and Dash™ Lemon Pepper seasoning.
  3. Cook shrimp until they turn a light pink color then remove from pan. Add 2 tablespoons olive oil and sliced garlic, sauté for 2-3 minutes or until golden brown.
  4. Turn your heat to low and add your al dente spaghetti and mix with the olive oil and garlic.
  5. Add reserved pasta water and the shrimp back into the pan and mix to combine.
  6. Top with more Dash™ Lemon Pepper seasoning and serve with grated pecorino romano and parsley. Enjoy!
