- 1 lb spaghetti
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- 1-2 lbs of shrimp, uncooked & deveined
- 1 tbsp Dash™ Lemon Pepper Seasoning
- 5-6 cloves of garlic, sliced
- 4 tbsp Pecorino romano
- 2 tbsp Parsley, chopped
Juicy shrimp sautéed in olive oil with fresh sliced garlic and a sprinkle of Dash™ Lemon Pepper Seasoning for a zesty twist and tossed with spaghetti. This dish offers a light, vibrant, and salt-free take on this classic Italian favorite.
Directions
- Bring a pot of water to a boil. Add spaghetti and cook until al dente, about 8-10 minutes. Reserve 1/2 cup of pasta water.
- Heat a large pan over medium heat with 2 tablespoons olive oil, add shrimp and Dash™ Lemon Pepper seasoning.
- Cook shrimp until they turn a light pink color then remove from pan. Add 2 tablespoons olive oil and sliced garlic, sauté for 2-3 minutes or until golden brown.
- Turn your heat to low and add your al dente spaghetti and mix with the olive oil and garlic.
- Add reserved pasta water and the shrimp back into the pan and mix to combine.
- Top with more Dash™ Lemon Pepper seasoning and serve with grated pecorino romano and parsley. Enjoy!

- Chef’s Tip - The cheese is optional, and grated parmesan cheese is an alternative.
