Ingredients

  • ½ cup onion, small dice
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 3 tbsp Dash™ Garlic & Herb Seasoning Blend
  • ½ cup beef broth
  • 1 each 28 oz can crushed tomatoes
  • 8 oz pappardelle pasta, cooked
  • ¼ cup Parmesan cheese

A few simple ingredients, including Dash™ Garlic & Herb Seasoning Blend, are all you need to begin a flavorful journey to the old world.

Directions

  1. Heat pan over medium add ground beef and onions and cook until beef is browned.
  2. Add tomatoes, broth and Dash™ Seasoning, and bring to a boil.
  3. Reduce heat to medium-low and simmer 15 minutes.
  4. Serve sauce over hot, cooked pasta and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.

Tips

  • Chef’s Tip - Cook the pappardelle al dente and then add to the sauce and simmer for a few minutes to deepen the flavors.
