Bolognese-Style Pappardelle

- ½ cup onion, small dice
- 1 lb ground beef
- 3 tbsp Dash™ Garlic & Herb Seasoning Blend
- ½ cup beef broth
- 1 each 28 oz can crushed tomatoes
- 8 oz pappardelle pasta, cooked
- ¼ cup Parmesan cheese

Directions
- Heat pan over medium add ground beef and onions and cook until beef is browned.
- Add tomatoes, broth and Dash™ Seasoning, and bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat to medium-low and simmer 15 minutes.
- Serve sauce over hot, cooked pasta and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
Tips
- Chef’s Tip - Cook the pappardelle al dente and then add to the sauce and simmer for a few minutes to deepen the flavors.
