Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lb small new potatoes, unpeeled
  • 2 cup fresh or frozen whole green beans
  • 1/2 cup fat-free honey Dijon mustard salad dressing
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 1/2 tbsp Dash™ Garlic & Herb Seasoning Blend
  • 1 cup quartered cherry tomatoes
  • 1/3 cup sliced green onions

The secret to this simple and satisfying potato salad is Dash™ Garlic & Herb Seasoning Blend. The only thing missing is a big juicy steak or burger.

Directions

  1. Heat pot over med-high heat with water and potatoes bring to a boil and cook for 8 minutes.
  2. Add green beans and cook and additional 5-6 minutes. Potatoes should be tender when pierced with a fork, beans should be crisp-tender.
  3. Drain and rinse potatoes and beans in cold running water.
  4. Combine with remaining ingredients; mix well.
  5. Refrigerate, covered, for 2 -3 hours to allow flavors to blend.

Tips

  • Chef’s Tip - Transfer the greens beans to an ice bath to keep them crisp and the color vibrant.
