Directions

  1. Cook sausage in a skillet until browned.
  2. While sausage is cooking, combine the corn bread mix, egg, milk and seasoning in in a medium bowl.
  3. When sausage is done, drain and stir into batter.
  4. Pour into an 8-inch round cake pan and bake 15-18 minutes.
