Pork Tenderloin With Sesame Seeds Recipe

Ingredients
- 3 tbsp sesame seeds
- 1 lb pork tenderloin
- 1/2 cup low-sodium soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Garlic & Herb Seasoning Blend
- 1/4 cup honey
Directions
- Spread pork tenderloin with honey, soy sauce and Garlic & Herb Seasoning Blend and place in a resealable bag. Marinate in the refrigerator for 2 to 8 hours.
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Place sesame seeds on waxed paper and roll tenderloin in sesame seeds.
- Place pork tenderloin in a baking dish and roast for 25 minutes or until pork reaches 160 degrees on a meat thermometer.
- Remove from oven; cool and refrigerate overnight or until very cold.
- Slice on the diagonal.
- Can be served with hot mustard, plum sauce and sesame seeds.
