Cobb Style Frittata Recipe

Ingredients
- 8 large eggs
- 1/2 cup low fat milk
- 1 1/2 tsp Everything But the Salt
- 1 cup cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 avocado, pitted and diced
- 1/4 cup blue cheese crumbles
- 1/4 cup crumbled turkey bacon
- Chives for serving
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- In a large bowl whisk together eggs, milk, and Dash EBTS seasoning.
Carefully fold in chicken, tomatoes, avocado, blue cheese, and turkey
bacon. - Spray a 9-inch pie pan with cooking spray. Pour egg mixture into the pie
pan and transfer to pre-heated oven. Bake for 30-40 minutes or until a
toothpick inserted comes out clean. The frittata will rise while baking, but
will settle back once cooled. - Allow to cool slightly before slicing. Slice and top with fresh chives.
