In a large bowl whisk together eggs, milk, and Dash EBTS seasoning.
Carefully fold in chicken, tomatoes, avocado, blue cheese, and turkey
bacon.
Spray a 9-inch pie pan with cooking spray. Pour egg mixture into the pie
pan and transfer to pre-heated oven. Bake for 30-40 minutes or until a
toothpick inserted comes out clean. The frittata will rise while baking, but
will settle back once cooled.
Allow to cool slightly before slicing. Slice and top with fresh chives.
