Ingredients
- 3 tbsp Fiesta Lime Seasoning Blend
- 4 6-oz. tilapia fillets
- 4 tbsp red onions, cut thinly into 1/4 inch slices
- 2 tbsp low-fat yogurt
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
- Dry each tilapia fillet.
- Toss onions with Fiesta Lime Seasoning Blend and low-fat yogurt.
- Lay tilapia fillets separately on a 9- x 9-inch sheet pan.
- Top evenly with onion mix.
- Broil 5 inches from the broiler 5 to 7 minutes depending on thickness of fillets.
