Spicy Shrimp and Rice Recipe

Ingredients
- 2 cup chicken broth
- 2 tsp Fiesta Lime Seasoning Blend
- 2 tsp Extra Spicy Seasoning Blend
- 1 cup uncooked brown rice
- 1 cup frozen peas
- 1 tsp Table Blend
- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 30 to 36 jumbo shrimp, deveined, peeled, tails off
Directions
- Place shrimp, olive oil, Extra Spicy Seasoning Blend and Fiesta Lime Seasoning Blend into a gallon-size Ziploc® bag.
- Shake bag until shrimp are well coated.
- In rice cooker, combine rice, peas, chicken broth and Table Blend.
- Cook rice until done (1 to 1 1/2 hours).
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Line cookie sheet with aluminum foil and pour shrimp onto cookie sheet.
- Bake approximately 20 minutes.
- Place rice in a bowl and pour 10 to 12 shrimp over rice.
