Savory Mushroom Rice

Ingredients
- 1/2 lb chopped mushrooms
- 2 cup low-sodium chicken broth
- 4 chopped green onions
- 1 tbsp unsalted butter
- 1 cup brown rice
- 1 tbsp Table Blend
Directions
- In a medium-sized saucepan, melt butter, add onions and cook for a few minutes.
- Add mushrooms.
- Stir in Table Blend and rice until well mixed.
- Add stock, bring to a boil and simmer for 30 minutes or until rice is tender.
