Pork Stir-Fry Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 cup green bell pepper, cut into strips
- 4 oz sliced fresh mushrooms
- 1/3 cup low-sodium chicken broth
- 12 oz pork tenderloin, cut into strips
- 1 1/2 tsp low-sodium soy sauce
- 1 tsp cornstarch
- 1 tbsp Onion & Herb Seasoning Blend
- 1 cup red bell pepper, cut into strips
- 1/2 package frozen pea pods, thawed
Directions
- Heat oil in a large nonstick skillet.
- Add pork and 1 1/2 teaspoon Onion & Herb Seasoning Blend.
- Cook over medium heat until pork is tender and no longer pink in center (about 4 to 6 minutes); stir often.
- Add pea pods and stir-fry about 2 minutes.
- Add pepper strips and mushrooms and continue to cook until tender (about 5 minutes).
- Meanwhile, combine chicken broth, cornstarch, soy sauce, sesame oil and remaining Onion & Herb Seasoning Blend in pan.
- Heat to boiling, stirring well, until sauce thickens (about 1 to 2 minutes).
