  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 cup green bell pepper, cut into strips
  • 4 oz sliced fresh mushrooms
  • 1/3 cup low-sodium chicken broth
  • 12 oz pork tenderloin, cut into strips
  • 1 1/2 tsp low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1 tsp cornstarch
  • 1 tbsp Onion & Herb Seasoning Blend 
  • 1 cup red bell pepper, cut into strips
  • 1/2 package frozen pea pods, thawed


  1. Heat oil in a large nonstick skillet.
  2. Add pork and 1 1/2 teaspoon Onion & Herb Seasoning Blend.
  3. Cook over medium heat until pork is tender and no longer pink in center (about 4 to 6 minutes); stir often.
  4. Add pea pods and stir-fry about 2 minutes.
  5. Add pepper strips and mushrooms and continue to cook until tender (about 5 minutes).
  6. Meanwhile, combine chicken broth, cornstarch, soy sauce, sesame oil and remaining Onion & Herb Seasoning Blend in pan.
  7. Heat to boiling, stirring well, until sauce thickens (about 1 to 2 minutes).
