Mini Pita Pouches With Chicken Salad
A great alternative to a regular ol' sandwich. Make fresh chicken salad and stuff it into mini pita pouches for a quick, simple and healthy lunch option.

Ingredients
1 small onion 1/4 cup finely chopped red pepper 3/4 cup cooked and minced chicken 1/3 cup light mayonnaise 1 large egg 8 mini pita pouches 1 tbsp Garlic & Herb Seasoning Blend
Directions
Hard-boil egg, peel and chop.
Chop the onion finely.
Open pita pouches.
Combine chicken, boiled egg, red pepper, onion, mayonnaise and Garlic & Herb Seasoning Blend and mix well.
Fill pita pouch.
