- Preheat oven to 425˚. Mist a baking sheet with oil spray and set aside.
- In a large mixing bowl, add sliced carrots and toss evenly with olive oil, spice blend, and maple syrup. Then, spread them on the prepared baking sheet in a single layer and roast in the oven for about 25 to 30 minutes, or until some of the edges start to darken. The carrot fries will become tender and caramelized.
For a delish “sweet and spicy” spin, swap in 1 to 2 teaspoons of Dash Southwest Chipotle Blend instead of the Table Blend.
