Fire-Roasted Tomatoes Recipe
- Pick summer's finest fresh tomatoes and slice thickly or into wedges. Gently toss with olive oil and Extra Spicy Seasoning Blend for a simply delicious side to a hearty entree.

Ingredients
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 4 tbsp Extra Spicy Seasoning Blend
- 2 large fresh tomatoes, cut into wedges
Directions
- Heat broiler.
- Toss tomatoes with olive oil and Extra Spicy Seasoning Blend.
- Broil 5 minutes, four inches from broiler, shaking pan after 3 minutes.
- Plate as single appetizer or as garnish for meat, fish, poultry or pasta.
