Carrot Salad
- Grated carrots, Onion & Herb Seasoning Blend, raisins, nuts and brown sugar craft a just-right blend of sweet and savory.

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 1/2 cup raisins
- 1 lb grated carrots
- 1 cup pineapple or lemon low-fat yogurt with fruit
- 2 tbsp Onion & Herb Seasoning Blend
Directions
- Toss grated carrots, raisins and walnuts.
- Mix together yogurt, Onion & Herb Seasoning Blend and brown sugar. Add to carrot mixture and mix well. Cover and refrigerate.
