One Sheet Shrimp and Sausage Scampi Recipe

This dish is a lightened-up version of your favorite buttery scampi. It’s packed with flavor and has a bright lemony finish. It is the perfect one-pan dish that cooks in under 30 minutes.

Makes 4 servings.

Roasted Vegetables with Chickpeas Recipe

To transform into a vegetarian main dish, serve over a bed of greens or grains and sprinkle on crumbled feta or goat cheese and a squeeze of fresh lemon juice. The cheese and lemon really brighten up the flavors.

This dish takes a while to roast but it’s worth the wait—lots of texture and flavor!  Savory and sweet with nice crunch from the chickpeas. After removing baking sheet from oven, the chickpeas crisp up even more as they sit.

Recipe can easily be doubled; just be sure to use two baking sheets to avoid overcrowding the pan. You’ll need single layers for optimal texture and caramelization.

Makes 3 cups (4 servings as a side or salad topping, 2 servings as a vegetarian entrée).

One Sheet Spicy Pineapple Chicken Recipe

This one pan meal delivers a perfect mix of sweet and spicy and comes together in a flash. You can vary up the flavor by swapping in Dash Fiesta Lime or Southwest Chipotle seasoning blends.

Serves 4.

Fajita-Stuffed Chicken Recipe

The key is to have about 1/3 of the cooked vegetables for the filling and the rest as the “bed” for serving.

You can make this a one-pan meal if you scale down to 4 servings/breasts and use an oven-proof skillet. Simply line up the 4 stuffed chicken breasts on the used skillet and place in the oven to cook.

Serves six.

Everything Bagel Dip Recipe

This dip is thick, creamy and rich with a tangy finish. It’s flavored with everyone’s favorite Everything But The Salt blend—but without any added salt.

While you can serve it right away, it’s best if it sits for at least 30 minutes. This gives the dry spices within the seasoning blend time to flavor things and rehydrate.

Like most yogurt-based dips, this will separate and requires a quick mix before serving (especially if you make it a day or two in advance).

Serve with sturdier veggies, like cucumbers, celery, peppers, carrots, radishes, baby tomatoes, and snap peas. Or you can play off of an “everything bagel with cream cheese” and serve with thinly sliced whole-grain bagel chips. It’s also a great dip for pretzels, breadsticks, and crackers.
