Veggie Stir Fry with Chicken Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lbs of chicken breast, cubed in 1 inch pieces
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 8 oz broccoli
- 8 oz snap peas
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup sesame oil
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 1 tbsp Dash Extra Spicy Seasoning Blend
- olive oil
Directions
- In a mason jar add soy sauce, sesame oil and cornstarch. Shake until combined.
- Heat a pan on medium-high heat with oil. Season your cubed chicken with olive oil and Dash Extra Spicy seasoning and add to the pan.
- Once the chicken is browned, remove from pan and set aside. Now add the red bell pepper, broccoli and snap peas and saute for 8-10 minutes or until veggies soften.
- Add the sauce and cook until sauce thickens. At this time, add your cooked chicken back and mix until everything is coated with the sauce.
- Sprinkle some more Dash Extra Spicy seasoning on top to your desire.
