- 8 small flour or corn tortillas

Directions
- Season the chicken. Pat chicken thighs dry. Toss with oil, DASH Salt-Free Cajun Seasoning and lime juice until evenly coated.
- Cook the chicken. Heat a skillet, grill, or flattop over medium-high heat. Cook chicken 4–5 minutes per side until charred and cooked through (165°F internal temperature).
- Rest and chop. Let the chicken rest for 3 minutes, then chop into small taco-size pieces.
- Make the creamy Cajun slaw. In a bowl, combine coleslaw mix, mayonnaise, lime juice, cilantro, and DASH Salt-Free Cajun Seasoning. Toss until evenly coated. Chill or rest for 5–10 minutes to let flavors blend.
- Warm the tortillas. Heat tortillas on a skillet or flattop for 20–30 seconds per side.
- Build the tacos. Add chopped Cajun chicken to each tortilla and top generously with creamy Cajun slaw. Serve immediately.
