Directions

  1. Bring a large pot with water to a boil and add rotini. Cook until al dente according to box instructions.
  2. While the pasta is cooking, cut the woody ends off the asparagus and cut remaining asparagus into thirds. Add to a pan with oil over medium heat and sauté with Dash Lemon Pepper seasoning until the asparagus just starts to brown. Then remove from heat and set aside.
  3. In a small bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, Dijon mustard and Dash Lemon Pepper seasoning and mix until well combined.
  4. In a large glass bowl, combine al dente pasta, sauteed asparagus, and artichoke hearts. Drizzle desired amount of dressing over the top and mix until coated.
