- 3 cup chicken breast boneless skinless, diced
- 5 tbsp canola oil, divided
- 3 tbsp Dash™ Salt-Free Original Seasoning Blend divided
- 2 tbsp cider vinegar
- 1/4 cup orange juice
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 1/2 cup celery, thinly sliced
- 11 oz can mandarin orange segments, drained
- 1/3 cup almonds sliced, toasted

Directions
- In a bowl, combine the diced raw chicken with 2 tbsp of canola oil and 1 tbsp of Dash™ Original Seasoning.
- Heat a pan over medium heat and add the seasoned chicken. Cook until the chicken is fully done, then set it aside to cool while you prepare the dressing.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together 3 ttbsp of oil, vinegar, orange juice, 2 tbsp of Dash™ Original Seasoning, mustard, and honey until well combined.
- Once the chicken has cooled, add it to the dressing along with the celery. Toss everything together until well mixed.
- Before serving, gently fold in the orange segments and almonds.
Tips
- Chef’s Tip - For the best flavor and texture, cover the bowl and refrigerate the salad for at least 3 to 4 hours, or overnight, to allow the ingredients to fully meld together.
