Directions
- Thaw the Southwest vegetable mix in the refrigerator. Once thawed, drain any excess liquid and pat the vegetables dry with paper towels.
- In a bowl combine the thawed vegetables with Dash™ Fiesta Lime Seasoning, lettuce, red onion, cilantro, and shredded mozzarella. Toss until everything is evenly coated.
- Warm each tortilla and spread a thin layer of sour cream over the surface.
- Evenly distribute the sliced turkey onto each prepared tortilla, then top with an equal amount of the seasoned vegetable mix.
- Roll each tortilla tightly into a burrito. Cut in half, if desired, and serve with lime wedges on the side for an extra burst of zesty flavor.
Tips
- Chef’s Tip -Lightly warm the tortillas in a dry skillet for a few seconds on each side before assembling. This not only makes the tortillas more pliable and easier to roll, but it also adds a slightly toasty flavor.
