  • ½ cup reserved pasta water

Directions

  1. Cook the Pasta: Prepare the spaghetti according to the package instructions. Reserve 1/2 cup pasta water before draining the cooked pasta, then set it aside.
  2. Sauté the Garlic and Shrimp: Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add garlic slices and sauté until fragrant and lightly golden (about 1-2 minutes).
