Ingredients

  • ¼ lb spaghetti or linguine
  • ½ tbsp Dash® Pasta Blend Garlic Pesto Seasoning
  • ½ tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp chopped sundried tomatoes
  • 1 tbsp heavy cream
  • 1 tbsp grated parmesan
  • Garnish
  • Fresh basil leaves
  • Grated parmesan

Directions

  1. Cook Pasta - Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook pasta according to package directions. Drain, reserving 1 tbsp pasta water.
  2. Sauce - In a large skillet over medium heat, melt butter. Stir in heavy cream, sundried tomatoes, parmesan, and Dash® Pasta Blend Garlic Pesto Seasoning. Reduce heat and simmer until the sauce thickens slightly and coats the back of a spoon.
  3. Combine & Serve - Add cooked pasta and reserved pasta water to the skillet, tossing to coat. Garnish with fresh basil and grated parmesan. Serve immediately.
