Herb Roasted Red Potatoes

- 12 each red potatoes, cut into wedges
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 1/2 tbsp Dash™ Salt-Free Original Seasoning Blend
Low in sodium and bursting with flavor, this perfectly seasoned and perfectly simple side dish has only three ingredients.
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F.
- In a bowl, toss the potatoes with olive oil and 1 tbsp Dash™ Original Seasoning until evenly coated.
- Spread the seasoned potatoes in a single layer on a baking sheet. Roast in the preheated oven for 30 minutes.
- Raise the oven temperature to 450°F. Sprinkle the remaining Dash™ Original Seasoning over the potatoes, and continue roasting for an additional 5 to 10 minutes, or until the potatoes are tender and golden brown.
Tips
- Chef’s Tip -For extra crispy potatoes, flip them halfway through the roasting time at 400°F. This allows all sides to brown evenly, giving you perfectly crispy edges and tender insides.
