- 1 lb gnocchi, store bought
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- ¼ cup sundried tomatoes, chopped
- 2 tsp Dash® Pasta Blend Garlic Pesto Seasoning
- ¼ cup reserved pasta water
- ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Fresh basil leaves, for garnish

Directions
- Gnocchi: Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Cook gnocchi according to package instructions (usually 2-3 minutes, or until they float to the surface). Reserve ¼ cup of water. Drain and set aside.
- Sauce: In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add sundried tomatoes and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Lower the heat and stir in Dash® Pasta Blend Garlic Pesto Seasoning. Add the cooked gnocchi to the skillet, tossing gently to coat.
- Stir in reserved pasta water until well-blended.
