Dinner for two has never tasted so good. Crushed cornflakes add crunchy texture to chicken breasts seasoned with Dash™ Salt-Free Original Seasoning Blend. Top with savory Parmesan cheese to complete this must-have entree.

Directions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F. Lightly grease a baking dish with non-stick spray or a little oil.
  2. In a bowl, crush the cornflakes into fine pieces. Stir in Dash™ Salt-Free Original Seasoning Blend until well combined.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix the reduced-fat mayonnaise and low-fat milk until smooth.
  4. Place each chicken breast between plastic wrap and gently pound with a meat mallet to an even thickness.
  5. Dip each chicken breast into the mayonnaise and milk mixture, ensuring it’s evenly coated. Then, press the chicken into the cornflake mixture, coating it thoroughly on both sides.
  6. Place the coated chicken breasts in the prepared baking dish. Sprinkle the tops evenly with grated Parmesan cheese.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and reaches an internal temperature of 165°F. The coating should be golden and crispy.
