- 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp Dash™ Salt-Free Original Seasoning Blend
- ¼ cup chicken broth low sodium

Directions
- Rub the chicken breasts with Dijon mustard, coating them evenly. Sprinkle Dash™ Salt-Free Original Seasoning on both sides.
- Heat sauté pan over medium-high heat with olive oil.
- Add the chicken breasts to the hot pan and sear for 4-5 minutes on each side, or until the chicken is golden brown and reaches an internal temperature of 165°F.
- Add 1/4 cup chicken broth to the pan after searing and let the chicken simmer for an additional 2 minutes.
- Remove the chicken from the pan and let it rest for a few minutes before serving.
