Directions

  1. Rub the chicken breasts with Dijon mustard, coating them evenly. Sprinkle Dash™ Salt-Free Original Seasoning on both sides.
  2. Heat sauté pan over medium-high heat with olive oil.
  3. Add the chicken breasts to the hot pan and sear for 4-5 minutes on each side, or until the chicken is golden brown and reaches an internal temperature of 165°F.
  4. Add 1/4 cup chicken broth to the pan after searing and let the chicken simmer for an additional 2 minutes.
  5. Remove the chicken from the pan and let it rest for a few minutes before serving.
