Maple-Glazed Roasted Carrots with Pistachios

- 1/4 cup Maple Grove Farms Maple Syrup
- 2 tbsp butter Unsalted, melted
- 2 tsp Dash™ Salt-Free Original Seasoning Blend
- 1/4 cup pistachios, chopped
- 2 lbs carrots, tops removed
Tender carrots roasted to perfection with a rich, golden glaze of pure maple syrup and Dash™ Original Seasoning with a caramelized finish. A delicious blend of savory and sweet that will complement any meal.
Directions
- Preheat oven 425°F. Line baking pan with foil.
- In a bowl add syrup, melted butter and Dash™ Original Seasoning and mix until combined.
- On foil-lined baking tray add carrots and syrup mixture. Mix until carrots are fully coated.
- Place baking pan with carrots in the oven and cook for 30 minutes or until golden and carrots are tender.
- Serve topped with additional chopped pistachios and enjoy!
