Ingredients

  • 1 cup short-cut pasta, uncooked
  • ½ cup Romaine lettuce, chopped
  • ¼ pint cherry tomatoes, halved
  • ¼ cup buffalo mozzarella pearls
  • 2 tbsp pitted kalamata olives, drained and halved
  • 2 tbsp red onion, thinly sliced
  • 2 tbsp pepperoni, chopped
  • 2 tbsp salami, chopped
  • 2 tbsp parsley, minced
  • Dressing
  • ¾ tsp olive oil
  • ½ tsp Dash® Pasta Blend Spicy Italian Seasoning
  • Garnish
  • Fresh basil leaves
  • parsley, minced

Directions

  1. Cook Pasta - Add pasta water and cook until al dente. Drain and let cool.
  2. Dressing - Whisk together olive oil and Dash® Pasta Blend Spicy Italian Seasoning in a small bowl.
  3. Assemble Salad - In a large bowl, combine pasta, romaine, tomatoes, mozzarella, olives, red onion, parsley, pepperoni, and salami. Drizzle with dressing and toss to combine.
